Please discuss the Libertarian view on abortion and border control so that I can make this critical decision.

Libertarians oppose taxpayer-funded abortions, and most LP candidates are pro-life.

Illegal immigration would cease to exist because the welfare state would be abolished.

We already know what most Republicans think of abortion, and especially border security.

Interesting point, but I fail to see why there should be a difference between conservatives and libertarians on that issue--put your way, perhaps it's a better demonstration of the chasm between federalists and unitary government advocates. There are libertarians and conservatives on both sides of that aisle, believe it or not.

Obviously, as it stands now, incorporation only counts if it's a right liberals like. I'd prefer an all-or-none incorporation.

However, if my choices are between all or none, I would be happier with none. At least I could move, and the federal courts wouldn't be making up, er, ignoring, er, I mean, interpreting rights more narrowly or widely countrywide. With this ruling, the court seems to have held that it's okay everywhere for government to take property for any use it sees fit. State laws are at least some guarantee against that. Too bad they're only a guarantee until the super-duper-Supreme Court changes its mind.

Then perhaps YOU should write them a check and stay out of my pocket! Remember the "Republican Revolution" and the "Contract"? I could've fortold the responses to this before it was posted. As long as it's the "R's" doing it, then where's the harm? Like I said, a banner day for smaller govt. Blackbird.

Nice spin. In fact, Libertarians want no restrictions on abortion except that they not be taxpayer funded. That's in the platform.

The Libertarian platform also calls for the elmination of the Border Patrol and all restrictions on immigration.

I have some libertarian leanings. But I'll never be a Libertarian.
