This is too funny. The Rats that are yelling now are admitting they are liberals because Rove never said Democrats in this "controversial" statement. Rove just seems to know thy enemy.

He had a comment for both liberals and democrats. Just as up above there are responses for both "liberals" and "liberal democrats".
I can't remember what his two comments were, the one about liberals was slightly more negative than the one about democrats. I think the "liberals" wanted to be understanding, and the "democrats" wanted to treat the problem as a law enforcement task.
