Some history...

Digicel raised the bar where acceptable levels of network coverage were concerned. By installing some 15 cellular towers throughout the Island, Digicel offers 90% population coverage thus firmly establishing itself as the Number One GSM mobile provider in Aruba.

It is good to know they have about 15 towers. I expected to be less than 5 - So 15 towers is quite a bit for a small island, they will know which of the 15 towers picked up the calls, whichever towers did will be close to where he was.
