Did I miss Teddy's speech---?

Rats---just turned on TV and saw Leahy and Schumer, so I am streaming the hearing with one my heros---Rummy!!!!

Did Teddy say anything newsworthy? Is he gonna start impeachment hearings because a detainee in Gitmo didn't get his snack one night?

No, but Teddy talking about SCJs give more credence to this I think....

I noticed that Leahy was using his "uniter not divider" line, and Schumer has said about 10 different ways that President Bush BETTER get our permission before he nominates a SCOTUS candidate, or else....

yeah, right, he's gonna do that, hehe

That is what I drink---it tastes exactly like regular root beer--

Levin sounds like he is demanding that we set a date certain...

If I ever hear that they are setting a date certain, I will KNOW that this war has become Vietnamized!

Break @ 10:15 for a cloture vote (I'm guessing on the energy bill)

Watch the RATS to come out and start setting arbitrary dates around next. Biden for example saying publically he sees no reason we can't have X-number of troops out by Oct. 15.

Wouldn't surprise me one bit. Not that it would happen but just more stirring of the stinkpot.

Why do they need a cloture vote? Can't they get a UC to "just shut up?"

Diet or regular, A&W is the best.

I've had 2 RB floats this week, diet soda and real ice cream. Balance in all things, LOL!
