Excuse me, but refusing to pay child support no matter how high is not lawful and is wrong. The amount in only high cause it is based on how much Ted makes. So, the $3500 is probably not that much considering how much the guy makes a year. I don't see him hurting to hand over that much. And his child does deserve to have the same lifestyle his kids in his marriage do.

>>And his child does deserve to have the same lifestyle his kids in his marriage do

This is the biggest myth on earth.

If I was a millionaire, I would buy a house for myself and my wife. We would live in it after kids. The worth and value of the house isn't related to kids (when you make that much money that is).

Children would benefit from MY choices on how I spend MY money. IT's not their money. That's the issue, who decides how the money is spent. Rich kids benefit from how their PARENTS decide to spend the money.

No kid needs $3500 a month to live on.

And what if I'm super rich but a tight wad and spend very little? Some judge is going to say I have to pay $3500 a month when I may not even spend taht in a given month?

Get real..
