I have a question though. How did he, (Ted Kennedy) get out of the car? He was drunk, and the car goes into the water upside down. It's pitch black, water filling up and he has the presence of mind to roll down the window and swim out? Impossible. I've spoken to many rescue scuba divers, who have tried this as part of a drill, they say it is incredibably difficult.

If he had blacked out about the incident then no one would know what happened, but he returned to the party and spoke to his attorney and other close friend...According to the article he spilled the story to these two.

They returned to the car and attempted to get back inside it, but couldn't.

Second question, what happened to these two guys? Are they still on speaking terms with Kennedy?
