Sounds like Dubya took Frist out behind the woodshed for a little Texas-style conversation.

IMHO, there needs to be more of this, leading to a vote on the constitutional option. Let's get it over with. Might as well, we're gonna need it for the SCOTUS battle.

Also... I shudder to think abount the battle for the Supreme Court that WILL HAPPEN.. and SOON.
