That has always been a question I had. How would hillary know that Bill raped Juanita unless he told her. Why would he tell her?

Even if Bill did not tell Hillary about the evening's "indiscretions" (to say the least), she had her ways of finding out about every hour of his days!
We can only conjecture as to how Hillary would know. Bill knew he did it. He knew Juanita knew he did it. Possible that he went home and worriedly told Hillary that Juanita might try to harm him by crying "rape", and Hillary put two and two together, that it was rape. He oould have easily denied it was rape, but just warn Hillary that Juanita might cry "rape", which Hillary could have taken for the real story.
