Spock: "If they should take the communicator apart..."

Kirk: "They will. And they'll find out how the transtator works."

Spock: "The transtator is the basis for every piece of important technology we have."

McCoy: "Do you really think it's that serious?"

Kirk: "Serious?? In a few years, the Iotians may come demanding a piece of our action!"

Rest in peace, Mr. Kilby. You and Mr. Noyce are key reasons why our country has been able to hold an edge over the rest of the world, and thus be a shining beacon of freedom.

Now, I have to get back to work on my own IC. As frustrating as this work is, I wonder if Heaven has a sparring ring. I'd certainly live a good life if I could land a few on Kilby and Noyce before sharing a beer with them!
