LOL! I'd have laughed in their faces if they did this to me years ago when I was growing my carnivorous plants.
They're a sneaky bunch. lol. The cops in a Louisiana town on interstate 20 are even sneakier. They have a portable sign with lights that they sit on shoulder of the interstate warning motorists of a durg enforcement roadblock one mile ahead. Instead of blocking the interstate, they post their officers on the exit ramp just past the "warning" sign. It must work for them, for I see it about once a month.
