I'm sure you and mysterio are very intelligent, well educated individuals but your lack of common sense betrays your political affiliation. I think it was Winston Churchill who said, "to be young and a liberal means you have a heart, to be old and a liberal means you lack a brain".

It seems to me that selling our freedom for "safety" and backdoor amending the Constitution to give gubmint more power would be the lack of common sense position. And since when is the conservative position to subvert the Constitution and empower government? That's the neocon position, not the conservative one.
