He's married and was masturbating with a staffer on the telephone, then he sits on the air and pontificates taht he's watching out for "the folks'" morals. He's totally full of it. I'm no prude I just think he's a total fraud. And he called teh Swiftvets liars. they weren't. They were decorated heros.

Weldon's gone off the deep end since the war on terror started.
What has he said??
He's also put on about 40 pounds.
So have I, mostly muscle.

Maybe Weldon responded to "Clintonian Persuasion" ("liberal" blackmail).

Welcome to FR, I have seen your posts on the Live Senate thread (I think) this afternoon.
Many on FR do not like O'Reilly for various reasons. O'Reilly's stand against the Swift Boat Vets and his maligning their character and intentions are at the top of many lists of "what beef must you pick"
I developed a bad reaction to O'Reilly after his ranting and raving for days about an all-white prom in GA. Coincidently, O'Reilly was just accused by the left of being a racist after he told a dumb joke about his hubcaps being stolen at a fundrasier by a black band. Hence, O'Reilly went out of his way to prove he wasn't racist by creating a race issue to fight. Turns out this all-white prom in south GA was one of three proms in town that season. There was the all-white prom, the all-black prom and the school prom. O'Reilly never mentioned anything but the all-white prom.

What's with the clandestine "secret missions" he undertakes to report on the "real" war on terror? He's angry that the CIA didn't take him seriously on a supposed terror attack on a nuclear plant in NH in 2004.
The attack never materialized, so either Curt scared 'em off, or there was never a threat in the first place.
He's got his own foreign policy.

His coverage of it seems minuscule when compared to the Hannity and Combs show. Looking at Combs and listening to Hannity a test of the Gag reflex if ever there was one.

Thanks
As I am quickly learning, I seem to be one of O'Reillys only supporters. It's best not to argue with those who have already formed such polarized positions.

No. I just avoid BORe.Ah, so you think he's boring... That reminds me of a little girl who complains to her father that her breakfast cereal isn't "exciting".

I'm sure if he didn't come on the bloviators show without calling that he probably doesn't care that the bloviator banned him for life. Is that a joke or what? ole billy gets more humorous everyday.

He seemed rational on Ron Insana on Saturday. I was impressed. I also heard that he speaks Russian. Maybe I should look into this before 2008.

... but who really cares? O'Reilly's a pompous, self-aggrandizing ass. I lost all respect for him when he got caught in the phone-sex shenanigans. More "do as I say, not as I do" from the man who complains about the rich and powerful not looking out for us.
Oh, and let's not forget his support for Dan Rather. O'Reilly's become just another member of the heavy-hitter elite. Somewhere along the way, he lost his soul.

Agree. . .or at least a family crisis of some import. . . But hey; maybe car problem. . cell phone recharging; maybe they did call but did not get through. . . .nahhhhhh. Helicopter went down. . .or. . .yes, a woman. . .;^)

Sure, if he comes up with a decent cover story, then the ban should be lifted. O'Reilly should be mad as long as none is offered and the staff wouldn't answer the phone.
But it's going to be one heck of a cover story, like he's currently unconscious in an emergency room or something.

Plus he thinks the latest book dumping on Hillary is just a cut and paste cheap shot by right wing fanatics. He is the most pompous ass talking head on television.
