THE JURY IN THE TRIAL FOR THE MAN ACCUSED OF KILLING SIX DEER HUNTERS IN THE WISCONSIN NORTHWOODS WILL BE PICKED IN DANE COUNTY. THAT'S THE RULING FROM A SAWYER COUNTY JUDGE, WHO SIDED WITH ATTORNEYS FOR 36-YEAR-OLD CHAI VANG. THE ATTORNEYS ARGUED THAT PUBLICITY AND RACIAL TENSIONS IN NORTHWEST WISCONSIN WOULD MAKE IT HARD FOR HIM TO GET A FAIR TRIAL. THE JUDGE RULED LAST WEEK THAT THE TRIAL WOULD BE HELD IN SAWYER COUNTY. IT'S SET TO START ON SEPTEMBER 12TH.

Don't know much about the case, but from what I've heard he went on a shooting spree over some hunting issue.

If they are getting the jurors from Dane county(Madison, WI) it is a big win for the defense, they will get bleeding heart liberals.

I went to UW-Madison for a year, might as well call it Bezerkley on the shores of Lake Mendota.
