Well, I can only guess ET. Is Aruba the same time as ET for us? Not sure. Someone else will know for sure.

Probably Eastern, but not because that is the same time in Aruba, but because Eastern is what time the News Media is always giving out, since they mostly come from the Eastern U.S.
Aruba time the same as Eastern Daylight Saving Time....or Aruba is GMT -4, NYC is currently GMT -5 +1 (DST).
