I agree & think the kid will sing like a canary if daddy van der sloot is arrested. He'll know daddy can't protect him anymore and (if guilty) he'll be responsible for his dad spending the rest of his life in prison.
We're all speculating, but I really hope the Aruban authorities are playing hard ball with these people. This has gone on long enough.
The Aruban government's ability to play "hardball" pales in comparison to what the underground/illegal movement is trying to protect.
