It's worse than that...no body, no Crime.

Which is one of the reasons why speculation she may be alive somewhere off the island is advantageous to the three young men being held.

So in other words, they hold the boys until the 140 days are up and, if no body is found, the boys go free. Doesn't it go without saying that, if the body was dumped in the ocean, the sharks would see to it that evidence is never found?

Oh my, that may have been the motivation behind the Aruban suggesting Natalee's parents take a polygraph. This sounds more like an island-wide conspiracy every day.
