Tex reported that the investigation is stalled. Why waste more of the taxpayers money, especially since private funding is going on with the Texas Equus group.
That's not private funding; they travel voluntarily on donations from citizens.
And there's no chance in hell that the FBI would leave just because a private search group was coming down there.
There has to be another reason.
