What does Aruban Law say about manslaughter or murder if there is NO BODY?

A body is not needed...but IMO, under Dutch law, w/o a body a conviction would be unlikely.

Heck, even if VDS copped right now to raping, killing, and cutting Natale up into little pieces, he'd probably only get 15 yrs, and be out in 12.
