Bad English, for sure, but it does go a long way to explaining why they want the Holloway family to take a polygraph.

Not that I believe it's justified, but if this is the general sentiment on the isle, it does explain it.

Someone asked her mother if she had run away before and I thought she said no. Sounds like they are trying to discredit the family to make up for their own negligence on the case.

They need to stop media managing and just solve the case. We understand that girls are kidnapped/raped/murdered everywhere, even here in the U.S. of A. Tourists will feel more confident about Aruba if the case is handled professionally and the perps locked up.
