Nobody really wins in court except attorneys & judges - that is what a good lawyer will tell you - Stay out of court - period!
(And sometimes other criminals)
If they put their finger on the plate
(not to infer all attorneys are "challenged" - but "billing" is more of and dark art than a science - I've seen some lawyers bill clients at full boot - for talking on the phone to a new office intern with zero experience - the big guns - I have a few - don't stoop to those tricks)
