I have a question- if this Dutch teenager is found guilty, would he granted diplomatic immunity similar to some cases that have happened in the US? The thought makes my stomach sick.

I think that Aruba is a Dutch territory, so being there would be no insulation from Dutch law. Besides, the kid's dad is not a diplomat, he's an official in the Aruban government.
