True, it could sail twice a week and stay moored for dinner, drinks, etc., the other nights of the week.

Subject: Aruba Adventures (general)
I have been to Aruba twice now and it is the greatest place in the
world. Unbelievable how happy everyone is!! The Tattoo, Mi Dushi and
Kukoo Kunuku are the three things I have done on both trips and will do
again in a heart beat! Hello to Jesus and Big Daddy! Great people.
Someone please tell me about Steve! He drives the Tattoo mostly. What
an extremely attractive and shy man. Sure wish I could get to know you
better!
The DJ is probably not a permanent member of the THE CREW. Thye may hire different DJ's now and then. As such, the DJ may be free to wear whatever they choose.

I don't think that the white shirt is significant other than being code for 'I'm not waitstaff and I don't fix toilets.'
Someone named 'Steve' may have been the captain of the Tattoo back when Dawn went out on the Tattoo or Dawn may have been confused after imbibing in the $1, $2 & $3 dollar bars? Or, 'Steve' may be a captain for one of the other two boats affiliated w/ Tattoo & was filling in for the day...or a standby captain?
Do I think that Steve took the Tattoo out for a clandestine mission? No. Do I think that Steve is capable of operating a boat? Probably. And probably, when ya' think about it, so can about 95% of the permanent residents of the island of Aruba. Heck, even I can drive a boat, regardless of what my husband thinks on the matter. (We fish.)
