What is wrong about wincing. She was there, her friend is gone, probablyl dead. Her friends watched her drive away and didn't realize she was missing. They are all probably consumed with guilt and regret. I would be wincing.

I guess I did not explain myself enough. I was rushing. Yes, I would be wincing too. But, something just does not sit right. Actually the mother says the "girl seems to be in physical pain," but physical pain??? Maybe she knows something more? Maybe I am reaching. I didn't mean she should not be upset. Oh, I just wish someone, somewhere had the key to this.

At one point I kind of thought her girl friends were covering for Nat...knowing she wanted to spend the night with Joran. Then they did not want to reveal that to anyone, esp. her family. However, after hearing so many defend her character I stopped thinking that.

It is a maddening case and someone just has to crack soon.

Have you seen "Dash" on FOX or read her posts on SM? Unless I've missed it she has far from "winced." She's eating up her 15 minutes of fame, more concerned about how she appeared on TV. It's my understanding that "Dash" is a casual friend of Natalee. I'll quit there.
