As a Veep candidate her impact would be near zero. Folks don't vote based on the Veep candidate, unless the candidate is deemed unfit as standby equipment for Prez. If Hillary gets the Dem nod, it would also be seen as pandering, and might backfire. I don't that Hutchinson is presidential material. Her public exploration of a run for governor is not what a first tier politician would allow to happen, particularly when no seminal issue was involved, and she just wanted to live full time in Texas.
