This might be the best out of the non-interactive maps (click this
link for a larger view of this map). This displays the location of Al Qaim and Husaybah (Qusaybah). Karabilah is east of Husaybah on the road just about the distance from Husaybah to the border. You will not see it but there is also a road leading north from Husaybah crossing the river and back into the road on the east of Al Qaim, which leads to towns of Ar Rummanah and Al Ubaydi.
