"And thus thy fall hath left a kind of blot, to mark the full-fraught man, and best endued, With some suspicion. I will weep for thee; For this revold of thine, methinks is like Another fall of man." - Henry V., Act II., Scene 2.

Kay Griggs may have a few threads of truth to her yarn. However, since she defends an ex-President that has no sexual morals, her entire story of accusations can easily be discredited.

Let's put wild accusations into historical perspective. King Phillip IV the "Handsome" (I'd rather not call him "Fair" since the term can easily confuse readers) wanted more power and certainly all of the wealth that the Knights Templars controlled. Thus, he conjured the worst criminal accusations against probably the most noble of fighting organizations mankind has known. Not only was the Templar leadership accused of blasphemously spitting on and/or trashing holy relics, they were also accused of being homosexuals. Though many of the righteous in God's eyes live tragic lives, true historians (not revisionists) know the worth of this military monastic order.

Will the US Marine Corps find a similar fate as the Knights Templar? Heaven knows as surely as America's enemies that as long as a US Marine Corps flag flies in the breeze of any clime or place, there's a fighting chance that America will survive and thrive.

I have Faith, as our motto is "Always Faithful" that such accusations of "cherry Marines" won't go very far. I don't doubt the character of those both my father and I have had the honor of serving.

Has General Al Grey personally killed? Yes, I've even heard him confess it to me and several hundred TBS Marine Officers when he spoke of his combat experiences. Is he a flaming homosexual? I don't think so.

Did General Krulak keep in the company of trained killers? Yes, he told me and a whole battalion of Marines of his combat experience while visiting Okinawa. Did Krulak support or allow sexual misconduct? Hardly. His visit to Okinawa was to bring justice to 3 rapists who terrorized a young Okinawan girl.

While President Clinton got a pass for his immorality (for much more than a few indiscretions), the US Military towed the line.

So why does Kay Griggs find the relished companionship that enjoys her embellished stories? This hatred stems from a perverted minority that's been excluded from the privilege to serve. A wicked person can only view the rest of the world as wicked as that individual is evil. Maybe Kay Griggs sincerely believes her husband's stories (if they are really his stories). Maybe those stories are just of her own fabrication.

I pray for Kay's tortured soul (she will get a Mass Card from me).

As I've said before, there are a few threads of truth to her yarn. The Tailhook incident was widely broadcasted and thoroughly investigated. Since I had family in the military at the time, and they were Naval Aviators (not involved with the incident), you can imagine the rigid attention ALL military members paid to the new sexual conduct codes.

Even before sexual harassment policies were formalized and enforced, the military had to treat and/or remove drug addicts (including alcoholics). The "early out" program of the late 1970s and 1980s removed those, mostly conscripted, service members who had no desire to be in the military. When the US Military went all-volunteer, the massive increase in moral character ushered forth unprecedented professionalism and productivity. The decisive battle results of the First Persian Gulf War proved the new American Military’s effectiveness.

If there are reasons to disqualify homosexuals from entering the military, Kay Griggs gives conservatives more than enough ammunition. But it's both sad and laughable that she and those who perpetuate her accusations attack the wrong crowd. These recent attacks against the moral character of retired Marine officers will further purify our fighting forces as we need "good order and conduct". The accusations won't harm the military prestige of those who've served honorably. Compared to the support, or lack thereof, that Senator Kerry had from his fellow Sailors in Vietnam, there will be more than Divisions of support for those Marines that are falsely accused.

Recall that one of President Clinton's first orders was to force the aggressive recruitment of homosexuals into military service. Conservative Flag Officers kept homosexuals out of the military. General Krulak was one of those Generals that refused homosexuals from the privilege of services and the Marine Corps continued to remove those who participated in such sexual misconduct. Yet of all the sexual misconduct that she aggressively accuses, Kay protects Clinton from the same bad behavior.

But why attack retired and aging Marine Corps generals? This is a repeat of how Michael Moore aggressively assaulted Charlton Heston's character. What does it say of one's integrity to belittle an aging man in his own home who’s suffering from symptoms of Alzheimer’s? Perhaps Kay thinks that the Fox has lost his nerve for a fight or the son of a Victor is not the equal of his father?

Military members will come under extreme scrutiny not because Kay Griggs and her crowd have a genuine love of discipline and responsibility for those in power, but because that crowd wants power for themselves.

Those who desperately want to undo America's fighting force and America know that hyper-sexualizing the society weakens discipline to inefficiency. Yes, there are military members who frequent establishments of ill repute. Yes, there are military members that may cheat on their girlfriend or boyfriend. The wild accusations against the entire Armed Forces will tighten their discipline and moral character rather than relax their attitude to one of blind acceptance.

So, let Kay Griggs talk away, and let her supporters scream and shout as much as possible. We've seen how pro-homosexual leftists have tried to undo American Catholic seminaries with hyper, and especially homosexualizing tactics. The reverse of their final result desired has happened. Homosexuality is recalled back to its undesirable characteristic as it always has been. Those fighting homosexual urges now know better and can escape the enslavement of this mortal sin.

If this attack is to whittle the present number of American servicemen and women and weaken our force as a whole, then I don’t doubt that our justice system will give accused members the same chance to reconcile as that our nation gave an ex-President to shape up his conduct while still in office.

Thus, the penitent may chance to reconcile, but the door is shut to the vice.

The full-court press is on to discredit our military, our progress in Iraq and our President. It's quite amazing (and disgusting) to watch.

I really can not understand Liberals that insist on biting the hand that feeds them. No one has ever said that the military is a play school.

I thank God that they are there to protect us anyway that they have to.

My question to you is: why would you post this here, and give this libelous crap more free advertising? Anyone can create a website espousing any crackpot theory or accusation they want. In my opinion, we should not be dignifying sites like this by posting links and prompting discussions.

Kay Griggs? Pastor Rick Strawcutter?

A shriveled up old lady who dreams of herself as some kind of Helen of Troy waiting for a huge phallus to run her through? This rates right up there with the Vagina Monologues so be sure to pick it up when you check out of the sooper markit.

Psssst ... you wanna see a pitcher of my seesters kiester?

Gee, she forgot the best parts! Don't forget how military officers are beamed aboard the mothership for mind control and enhancements.

Also remember how SR-71's fly presidents around because they are completely invisible to radar (oh I forgot...invisible period because of their alien acquired cloaking shields).

Message to the lefties: There are plenty of real scandals in government. Why don't you investigate your local Health and Human Services goon squads? All these things this woman came up with I've heard already.

They were old "X Files" episodes. They were good the first time around but not good in repeats.

Hey fella, don't tell us you don't know about the Cherry Marine reputation, etc.

I found your e mail and wonder why you haven't got the guts to watch all of the tapes. Perhaps you weren't one of Gray's boyz.

Having spent a great deal of my life caring for someone who is mentally ill, it's clear to me that this woman has some form of mental illness. The tone and content of her interview and some of her mannerisms are identical to those I've experienced firsthand. This relative of mine could tell some elaborate whoppers too.

There is nothing 'professional' about female sailors who cannot do damage control, 1/3 of enlisted females who are unwed mothers or a quota system governing promotions, selection for command, etc. There was a time when half of the young men at Princeton had some type of military background. Now the standard military brat is raised in a broken home.

As a Virginian and fourth generation Navy family member who is also a family relative of Chesty, I am proud of truth-tellers and those who blow the whistle on weak and cowardly folks and bullies like Al Gray who disgrace the honor of the Corps. Smedley Butler, Douglas MacArthur, Lejeune, Patton, and George Marshall all are real men who have got the right stuff. Brave and intelligent men to the core who know history, can speak a couple of languages well and understand subtleties like keeping their pants on in group settings and "dining ins". It is called setting a good example. Luddites and go-along creeps who condone blood-pinnings and homosexual antics on shipboard ( wink wink ) at so-called "initiations" are the lowest form of coward. God bless those like my Dad, my granddad, uncles and brave Majors like USMC Randy Hebert and his veteran Dad who speak truth to power. Courage like that of Kay Griggs is not gender specific. Remember "A few Good Men" and that low-life Colonel Jack Nicholson played...lots more incidents like hidden by Grayz boys. So I sah "Go Chesty " ....
