The FBI/BATF was already penetrated before Clintoon's took office.. and the Clintons just hardened the malfeance.. which was allowed, or started, or abetted by ol' "Read my Lips, NO new taxes".. and that Dubya by NOT fireing Clintons appointees in mass, him being, "A Unite'er not a Divide'er".. is just an opaque gloss over a continuing but more refined corruption in Washington D.C....

I might agree with you on that.. The Presidency could very well be just a figurehead of a far more insidious political "machine".. And attacking the figureheads is what the real malafactors WANT TO HAPPEN.. shielding THEM from exposure.. to the sheeple..
