Should a person who has broken the law by speeding, or possessing marijuana, or driving with an expired license be denied the same benefits as others?

Should they have to pay out-of-state tuition rates?

Violating an immigration regulation has nothing more to do college tuition rates than violating a traffic offense.

United States laws are for the protection of United States citizens. If these laws are to be interpreted as laws for "anyone" then sovereignty no longer exists.

What if the authorities were to withdraw property law protections to your home and allow strangers to enter, use, and leave your home at their convenience? You might be upset, but we would reply, "But we all benefit from allowing these people to use your home. They're just trying to find a safe place to sleep; it would dangerous for them and us if we didn't provide for them in this manner."

If you were to then complain, "But it is illegal to allow strangers to trespass into my home." We might reply, "We will pass a 'bayourod law' and make it officially legal. Then you'll have no complaint and you'll feel better."

Over half of the construction workers in Las Vegas are illegal. People are pouring in and home prices are skyrocketing. Someone who bought a $200,000 home, built by illegals, two years ago is now $60,000 to $100,000 wealthier. It's those greedy homebuyers.

Illegals create wealth. They create markets. They create opportunity. Legal or illegal they are going to be here. We need a guest worker program that recognizes that fact.
