Sex education and 'family life' classes in public schools need to teach about child support: how non-custodial parents are chraged even when they don't want the child, hate the kid's other parent, don't have visitation, even when they want to buy a stereo, a car, a house, even when they get married and have other children. And if the children is disabled and unable to care for themselves, child support can last longer than 18 years.
