Bob Bennett sees blood in the water and he's distancing himself so the whole party isn't taken down.
I agree with Democrats - I want to see an investigation, and I also want those responsible to be held accountable.
The "I didn't know" won't work in government.
Not after the taxing we've had.
Petro, Montgomery, Taft, etc. They are all tainted.
The Feds are already here investigating Householder.
I agree with Blackwell that they should be investigating the mess at BWC. The Democrats have become too political in this case. They demand that officeholders give back contributions that they got from Tom Noe, but they don't demand the money that John Kerry and others got from MDL be returned. Plus, you got the stuff with George Forbes and his daughter who works at MDL. Bottom line, I do not trust the State of Ohio investigating the State of Ohio.
It is a shame. Good candidates are going to be hurt by this. Republicans probably need to look at candidates who are countywide officeholders in urban or exurban counties. I have heard state legislators want to run. I just think they are going to be caught up in the mess. Perception is reality in this case.
