Thanks for posting this. That is what's so damned frustrating over this case. This should have been investigated BEFORE she was dehydrated to death. That is all the parents wanted. That is all they have ever wanted was some justice. This sickens me still and breaks my heart for Terry. God Bless her little heart!!
