Having been in Spain many times, I believe you are underestimating the Spanish people. Political Correctness does not exist there, except perhaps among their top political leaders.

Arab Gulf countries, including the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, will finance the two-year construction of the mosque, expected to total six million euros, according to Spanish media. The scumbag Saudi burn all bibles and arrest Christians who so much as say a prayer openly.
Any church in Saudi Arabia would be burned to the ground instantly.
The Spanish are totally out of their minds. (as are we in the USA).

sorry, i had to go do something else. and, i've got to leave now.
i guess in the back of my mind was last year's election-- the socialist zapatero evicted aznar.
the latter was a supporter of president bush, the iraq war, and understood the war on terrorism.
the results of this election got a lot of attention here on this forum.
(i should like to visit spain.)
