It's almost on top of the other one. Could be an aftershock. It's in that little southern chunk of the Juan de Fuca plate that juts down into the Pacific plate. Methinks old Juan's waking up...

Do you have a reference picture which shows that plate and where it runs along the coast ..??
I just use the USGS world picture because the pacific rim facinates me (being part of it).
