Popular evo theory has birds as the descendents of the "beasts of the earth" (dinosaurs). But God did not create birds on the same day as he created the beasts and man.
On one is denying whether could have done it this way. The question is whether he actually *did*. From simply observing his creation, it becomes apparent that he did not, unless God deliberately made creation look like he took billions of years when in fact he only took a week.
