Dick Durban is on the floor of the senat again - restating what he said on the 14th. Blaming the right wing media. He just said he respects the troops - LOL! What an ass he is!!! He said what he said was not an insult to the troops.

Well FDR interned Japanese Americans so one would think they wouldn't go there.
To: CFC__VRWC
Probably. I think they've been caught off guard by the backlash his statements have caused and they haven't come up with a strategy on how to deal with it yet. Last night in the senate Reid was a joke.

Brian on Fox & Friends hinted that Durban may be in trouble for reading from a FBI file.
By the way Hillary was asked what she thought about DICK's comments. She said she could not comment since she had not seen the report. The reporter read the report to her, she than said she had no comment.

Yeah. Whoopity-friggin-do. I heard the WH response. The spokesman is utterly worthless. Gingrich has been neutered - no one listens to him. Fair enough. I disagree.

At least six judges, many "controversial," have been confirmed in the past three or so weeks. And it's because Frist didn't wilt. True. But I've been disappointed so many times before. They have acted like they've finally grown backbones, only to have them turn into overcooked spaghetti.
Maybe this time it'll stick - I hope so.

I understand. We're all (and this does include me) quick to criticize when things don't go the way we'd like, so I want to give some credit where due. Despite the insistence of some around here, the GOP is winning this judicial battle lately. Will they win in the end? I don't know.

Last night in the senate Reid was a joke. I heard Dingy Harry on Ingraham's show this morning. That sick F has the nerve to say that WE're trying to play "gotcha" politics? WTF have THEY been doing for the last four years? Does this sick F think we're not paying attention?
To: Christian4Bush
Last 4 years?? Try since 1992.... The Clinton years were nothing but gotcha politics.

I know what you mean. I am hoping (yet again) that the Repubs have grown a permanent backbone - finally. I may be setting myself up for disappointment (yet again) but I have to hope that one day they'll act like the majority party they are instead of like a bunch of weenies.

You have to think there are some Democrats who wish he would he just shut the hell up. The only thing wrong with your idea is that it implies that there are Democrats who care enough about the military and America to be ashamed by his dispicable comments.
To: finnman69
I see your point but your numbers are way off with the Soviets. Uncle Joe Stalin probably killed 12 million of his own people.
And don't forget Mao the greatest monster of all time. Probably 60 million directly and indirectly.

Prick Turbin gave another so called apology yesterday which was just double speak.
