I wonder if any member of the College of Teachers have ever penned a letter saying derogatory things about Americans? I bet there have been, and I doubt that they have been sited for discriminatory activity. By the way, the idea that the charter actually has contains clauses expressing freedom of religion and expression has been shown to be a joke.
