Apparently, Aruba tried to implement it, but there was an outcry and it never took hold.

If anyone has better info about this, please let me know.

the drive by shooting at the hotel, that one has already been solved, and the hotel, well, I don't think it will earn four stars anytime soon. It ocurred in the *really* seedy part of the capital.

I was wondering if there's a curfew in place, and businesses are open until at least 1 A.M., it takes close to an hour or more for them to clean the establishments & make it home.
Which would leave few hours left for a curfew.
