Looks like an anti Bush, anti Regan hit piece.
I think the CIA started being involved in this years ago. And it went thru a couple of dem administrations. The Bay of Pigs was a Kennedy op. And Bush Sr. was just back from the war, WWII, when the CIA was formed, or the old OSA, post WWII by the Trumans and continued under Eisenhower.
One cannot lay the formation of the CIA at the feet of Bush Sr.
This is a hit piece, it may be true, but the writing is slanted and unfair. This is blame the US for everything.

I am foggy on all this history, perhaps someone of the thread who is a CIA/OSS buff knows more of this.
The piece just hit my suspicious streak, of the press and the anti US tone that you hear so often from people who think we get what we deserve from anyone who wants to bash us. I guess I am in full defensive mode,,what do others think.
