It was discussed but not in any great depth. Most agree that Aruba fudges their crime stats by not convicting their criminals. At least that is my take on it.

The blind fools see Aruba as an island paradise. It's never been a paradise except for the drug trade and unsavory characters who profit.
Crime stats are easy to manipulate, just never compile, or report the ones that would shine a bad light on the island of Aruba. NSNR
