The hair didn't rise on my neck. It was more a feeling, looking around at the people, a sense that it was a place I did not want to be. I have felt that way in a few places and I remember that even though the beach was pretty that I wanted out of there. It just felt bad.
Now I have been to other places where there are drugs etc. But this was different.
