Any freepers out there that know law that can lend info?

>>>3. Financial pressure against IFC and accomplices.

Do you mean somehow fine them? Or out finance them? We are up against all the money Francois Genoud helped Soros started the Quantum Funds with. And they have grown it since with all the NGOs and investing.

Now we are up against:

Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, own the land.

Liz, is this connected to Charles Kuschner?

I mean, for instance, see if they or their donors have tax-exempt status and if so see if we can have it revoked, using one of the strategies described in your first post:

Under U.S. law, any person or group may establish an organization with charitable purposes, and the creators of the organization are free to choose any charitable endeavor they wish to pursue. If the organization applies to the IRS for recognition of tax-exempt status, and shows that it meets the requirements of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC), it will be recognized exempt until it ceases to exist or until the IRS determines it no longer meets the requirements and revokes exempt status. A charity may have its Section 501(c)(3) application denied or its existing tax-exempt status revoked by the IRS if it does not comply with these standards. A ‘‘revocation’’ means that the organization becomes taxable and that donors will receive no tax benefits from contributions to the organization.

I see.

Ok. I will start looking up the charities at the IRS search feature.

Thanks!

As far as I know----yes, it was convicted felon Kushner (now in jail) who was instrumental in securing the lease for Silverstein. The NYT reported the lease deal, I believe.

If you can, try to watch The History Channel's production of 9/11. The former WTC security chief was interviewed, stating that prior to 9/11 the lease changed hands, and the security firm changed, as well----only the security chiefs were kept on from the prior company, but that the new security firm's guards were employed, and on-duty that fateful day. The new guards were being trained, with one firm phasing out the other.

Also on this part:

We are up against all the money Francois Genoud helped Soros started the Quantum Funds with. And they have grown it since with all the NGOs and investing.

If these assets are being used to violate terrorist funding laws, they can be frozen. From Post #1:

The assets of both Ghaleb Himmat and the al Taqwa banking network of which he is an executive have been frozen for links to terrorism.

Al Taqwa is linked to Huber's network, according to the info in Post #13:

Government officials say the investigation of the SAAR groups, which began with a probe of anti-Israel activists in Florida in 1996 and intensified after the Sept. 11 attacks, has not traced money from the SAAR entities to the al Qaeda terrorist network. But U.S. and European investigators say they have uncovered information in the Bahamas and Europe that in recent years some SAAR entities' funds have moved to two men, Youssef Nada and Ahmed Idris Nasreddin, designated by the United States as terrorist financiers. The funds moved through two offshore banks in the Bahamas that the pair controlled, officials said.

The institutions, Bank al Taqwa and Akida Bank Private Ltd., have been designated conduits for terrorist funds by the U.S. Treasury Department. In recent months they were shut down by Bahamian authorities under U.S. pressure.

SNIP

Another focus of the probe is the SAAR leaders' links to the Muslim Brotherhood, a 74-year-old group which is under investigation by European and Middle Eastern governments for its alleged support of radical Islamic and terrorist groups. For decades the brotherhood has been a wellspring of radical Islamic activity; Hamas, the militant Palestinian group, is an offshoot of it. European officials are particularly interested in the brotherhood's ties to leading neo-Nazis, including the Swiss Holocaust denier Ahmed Huber.

Any provable links from organizations involved with the memorial to organizations involved with international terrorism would be enough to taint the entire memorial project where these organizations are involved. Again, just follow the money flow through these organizations and identify the terrorist links to the membership of the funded organizations. if the link exists, participation will be prohibited. This scenario will undoubtedly unfold in the days to come.
I'm kind of looking past the memorial at this point and trying to focus on how we initiate a movement to reconstruct the World Trade Center as it formerly existed at ground zero. To me its the missing piece in this war for the heart of America.

I support that too. But one of the freepers strongly pointed out that we need to focus on each step.
