kcvl posted something today saying that Kerry is trying to find two senators to help him submit a resolution or something about the "Downing Street memo" to the Senate.
My mind is just blown. And I thought it couldn't be again.

Kerry Touts Bush Impeachment Memo
Failed presidential candidate John Kerry said Thursday that he intends to confront Congress with a document touted by critics of President Bush as evidence that he committed impeachable crimes by falsifying evidence of weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.
"When I go back [to Washington] on Monday, I am going to raise the issue," Kerry said, referring to the Downing Street Memo in an interview with Massachusetts' Standard Times newspaper.

Though largely ignored in the U.S. outside of rabid anti-Bush Web sites like MichaelMoore.com, the Downing Street Memo won Sen. Kerry's endorsement in the Standard Times interview:
"It's amazing to me," the top Democrat said, "the way it escaped major media discussion. It's not being missed on the Internet, I can tell you that."

However, All Headline News has re-discovered that a bill signed by then President Clinton named "The Iraqi Liberation Act of 1998" could have given President Bush all of the legal recourse necessary for the war.
Stating directly from the bill: "Iraq Liberation Act of 1998 - Declares that it should be the policy of the United States to seek to remove the Saddam Hussein regime from power in Iraq and to replace it with a democratic government. "
The H.R. 4655 law was signed into effect October 31,1998.
Republicans reportedly plan to issue a response to Kerry by using his own words against him, where he is quoted as saying the war was justified and Saddam Hussein needed to be removed.

The Senate would need the House for impeachment. Delay and Denny own the House. This is Theatrics. They are impotent.
They would either have to resort to armed rebellion. Guess which side has the military? Or win back the House. That isn't likely.
I know the radical mind. This is why I have stated either the old Blue Dog Dems will have to take back their party by force, or this generation will have to die before peace is known.
Nothing they do surprises me. Nor do I fear them. Any of them. Including Hill.
It's a rough bloody long war but we'll win because we must win.
