You do know that he never really practiced don't you? Really he was a political activist his whole life and he may have practiced all of two years.He was a think tank President(like Tancredo) most of the time and he ran for congress twice and lost.Then he was a popular talk show host.Two years after he got his JD he started running.He is the rare example of a professional(career) politician who does not sell out.
