I think Hyde is right here. But, Bush's motives aren't anti-UN reform. He believes withholding dues would have the opposite effect of what we believe it would do...instead of helping reform, it would hurt it.

I think he is wrong on this one. But, that doesn't make him a RINO.

Please remember that there are 800 freepers who said on an FR poll few days before election day that they will not vote for President Bush. You have at least 3 or 4 of them right here on this thread, and 2 of them are of course claiming that they voted for him, yep we believe them (sarcasm).
