Nah, but he comes so close to being the worst it doesn't pay to argue the difference (Biden, Clinton, Schumer, Boxer et al.) /sarcasm/
DUH!

This is slightly off topic but has anyone seen ANY reaction by the dems to President Bush's speech last night in which he called the Dems obstructionist and blockers, etc. A great speech and I thought there would be a definite reaction today from the DUmmies but maybe they are going to pretend it didn't happen!

Jeffords has admitted to a medical problem and is not running again. (Unfortunately, he will most likely be replaced
by the Socialist Bernie Sanders).
To: linkinpunk
You mean Pat Buchanan didn't make that up? I always thought Sam Skinner had that term copywrited. He used it in every paragraph.

recession. But there are many more examples of stupidity, such as President George Herbert Walker Bush enacting the largest tax increase -- Ummm .. Yes, Bush had a tax increase ... but it was Clinton that did had largest tax increase

I thought I wasn't hearing right a couple of years ago when Diane Feinstein insisted over and over again that embryos were un fertilized eggs. She was adamant about it. Too hilarious.
Yep, we really know how to pick 'em here in California....

Say Dick Turban is the dumbest among the lot of Barbara Boxer, Joe Biden, Ted Kennedy, Chuck Schumer, Pat Leahy, not to mention John Kerry, I wonder why people still vote for these bunch of doofus. I don't reckon they really represent the people of the states they are coming from.
To: Osage Orange
No, he's not the stupidiest. He made a mistake. In fact, as a dem, he makes lots of them. But Ted Kennedy IMO is one of the lamest fools out there.

A great speech and I thought there would be a definite reaction today from the DUmmies but maybe they are going to pretend it didn't happen!I get the distinct impression they have no clue what's going on in real life, even in politics. I think they don't even know, and won't know until the talking points email arrives.

Is Dick Durbin America's Stupidest Senator? <<< There are a bunch who could vie for the title.....however, I am confident when it comes down to pure lack of brain-power our Senator Patty "I'm Just a Mom in Tennis Shoes" Murray of Washington will be a clear winner.
And she also holds the title of the "Senator With the Most Vacant Look"!

I've been saying for years that Barbara Boxer and Patty Murray have been fighting for the title of Dumbest US Senator, but it looks like Dick Durban just waded into the fray.
To: Mr. Mojo
Barabra Boxer is...Patty Murray's right there with her...current Senators???...Post-Cold War, Carol Mosley Braun

I suggest that Durbin knew what he was saying (perhaps not understanding fully).
"Patsy Murphy" has not a clue what she is saying as she is told by the party to go forward and speak, not having the brains to know what she's been told to say. So the message gets scrambled.

I didn't see Tom Harkin's name anywhere. He was stupid enough to stand on the Capitol steps and say that Dan Rather's hokey Bush documents proved the President was a liar. He has to rate near the top for stupidy...

He is a slimey sleazeball, though, so I'll accept the Slimiest, Sleaziest Senator award on his behalf. Unless someone can convince me that another senator is more deserving, in which case I'll accept First Runner Up...a blast from the past....how about Sen. Carol Mosley Braun ('Rat-IL)

I didn't see Tom Harkin's name anywhere. He's pretty irritating, but I don't know if Tommie the Commie would be on the top 10 dumbest senators list. Anyone who can manage to be both for and against virtually any political position during a re-election campaign - and still win - is not nearly as stupid as his constituents.
And yes, I am an Iowan.

Cum'on folks....we gotta make the distinction tween stupid, and ignorant here...... Ignorant would be him saying that without knowing if it were true or not. Stupid is him saying it without grasping the concept that the very act of saying it damages him, regardless of its validity. He may or may not be ignorant. He is stupid.
