RICO suit needs to be brought against NAMBLA!!!! Why it hasn't yet is beyond me...
Scalp em!
I like this. I hope they win. It might help a bit with the illegal alien problem.
Wow some Americans with B**ls to go after these employers that wantonly give AMERICAN jobs to criminal/illegal aliens. Pretty sad though when we have to hold our breath to see what the supremes will do. Uphold the Constitution or join in on the destruction of America.
Why does some American Joe Six Pack have to do this, where is the government? Shouldn't the Justice Department be filing suits like this? Oh I forgot, we have a new "protected" class in America.
Protect our borders and coastlines from all foreign invaders!
Be Ever Vigilant!
Minutemen Patriots ~ Bump!
Because to many americans just sit around comlaining about the problem. If evey congresscritter and Sinator(not sp) were enundated day in and day out by Americans demanding an end to this problem. The GOV would do the right thing. They are afraid their larger donors (business) will close the check books. But they need to be reminded Business doesn't vote Americans do.
Legal employees in every business need to follow the example set by these people and the illegal problem would solve itself very quickly!

No, they're gearing up to go for the real dangerous criminals. You know, like cancer patients who smoke pot to relieve symptoms of chemotherapy.
ACLU should be at top of the list....then held in Gitmo for eternity.
Same goes for the DemoRATS.
Well I won't hold my breath, but I can predict which way they will go. They long ago set their course to destroy the constitution, when they declared it a living breathing document.
Good News!
Thanks for the ping. The worm is beginning to turn indeed.
This federal appeals court decision is extremely important in giving American workers displaced by illegal aliens an avenue for suing former employers. This is a private action possibility that could substitute for [the absence of] federal enforcement of the 1986 immigration act. V.
=====================================
A federal appeals court has denied efforts by carpet and flooring giant Mohawk Industries Inc. to kill a racketeering class action. The suit claims the Calhoun, Ga., company recruited and employed illegal aliens in order to depress wages of legitimate employees.
SWEET!
Hang 'em high!
How can the US government accuse anyone of violating laws concerning illegal immigration? Whatever happened to the "Clean Hands Doctrine" that used to be in effect within our legal system? That must have disappeared when The Constitution no longer applied in all cases.
