"Any offspring of Fayed and Diana would not be royalty or stand in line to the throne.
William and Harry are royal because of who their father is, not because of who their mother was."
Tell that to the house of Toudor.
BAHAHAHAHAAA! I wonder how many other Freepers will get that one. Good ol' Uwein ap Maredudd ap Tudur...he would have been proud to see how far his descendants made it.
The House of Tudor succeeded to the throne because the two Plantagenet heirs were murdered by their uncle and Henry Tudor was the only surviving adult male who could claim title to both the Lancastrian and Yorkist lines through blood and marriage.
Even if William and Harry's uncle suceeded in murdering them, the House of Windsor is not divided into two armed factions, and there would still be about 8 or 9 thousand Britons in line for the throne ahead of any son of Fayed by Diana.
Ah yes; Mary, Queen of Scots :-D
Both Mary and Queen Elizabeth I, were up to their necks in blood.
