According to what Ohio posters have stated she is strongly pro-Life pro-2Amendment. Record on taxes not so good.

From their description she doesn't appear to be a Liberal. Whether she is a moderate or a reliable conservative except on one or two issues I'm not certain. In primary battles people are often labeled pretty harshly so it takes time for the truth to shake out.

Ex. Cain was supported for Zell's seat in georgia, Isikoff? won the seat, folks weren't happy. Since he won election they've been reasonably impressed.

I am here in Colerain Twnshp, and I could NOT EVEN VOTE on this!!!I am pretty sure Portman was my rep, so why couldn't I vote on this?? the response was "this is a closed election", when my sister called our polling place.

The whole thing smells of another MJ-type dog-and-pony show, to me, where the outcome has been decided, before the voting begins, and the liberals favorite candidate got the nod. OR-- am I wrong on this one? If so, feel free to enlighten me.

Ex. Cain was supported for Zell's seat in georgia, Isakson? won the seat, folks weren't happy. Since he won election they've been reasonably impressed.

This was exactly the comparison I had in mind. I was hardcore Cain and haven't been reasonably or otherwise impressed with Isakson. He's been just what I expected. Prior to the election I said Isakson would disappear in the Senate. Whereas Cain, through force of personality and the fact that the press would have flocked to him because he is ... unusually colorful for a Republican U.S. Senator from the South ... would have been a powerful voice.

As it is, Isakson has disappeared and Cain was on Cavuto this week.

Besides that, Cain was a breath of fresh air and Isakson has been in politics since the mid-1970s.
