What would they charge him with? If the fetus isn't considered 'human' (if it were considered 'human' then by law he would be convicted of murder, as would all abortionists) but rather 'medical waste'...what do they charge him with? This is so disgusting.

The fetus would be considered human tissue and there are laws concerning the disposal of human tissue. Usually, tumors, amputated limbs, and other body parts are incinerated.
