I have lost 12 lbs in the last month...I would say 80% of that loss was due to change of diet, 20% to exercise.
I cut out white bread, pasta, white rice, sugary drinks, and junk food, and the few excess pounds came flying right off.
I drink a good bit of bottled water. I confess to drinking diet sodas. My busy schedule and lack of sleep make caffiene very tempting. I rarely drink a regular soda. I am trying my best to drink mostly water.
The old adage "avoid sugars and white food" was true 25-30 years ago when I first heard and it is true today.
